S.F. activists protest free ‘toxic’ compost

Demonstrators with the Organic Consumers Association pour city-issued compost on the steps of city hall in San Francisco on Thursday.  A environmental advocacy group says San Francisco's free compost is processed sewage sludge that belongs in a hazardous waste dump, not in people's gardens.
